These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of our premium exterior maintenance services and our Membership-Based Home Care Models. By booking a service or enrolling in a membership with Clear Vision ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Client") agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure a seamless, professional, and white-glove experience.
1. Our Commitment to Stewardship
Clear Vision agrees to provide all services—including window cleaning, high-pressure washing, solar panel care, and gutter maintenance—with the utmost professionalism, utilizing industry-leading equipment and highly trained, uniformed staff. We commit to treating your property with the reverence it deserves.
2. Service Estimates and Quoting
Initial Consultations: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided or an initial site inspection.
Variations: If our technicians arrive and determine that the scope of work significantly exceeds the original estimate (e.g., severe access issues, heavy staining not previously disclosed, or additional fragile heritage glass), we will pause and consult with you to agree on a revised scope and price before commencing work.
3. Clear Vision Memberships
Our transition to a Membership-Based Home Care Model is designed to provide you with "set and forget" convenience.
Tiered Plans: By enrolling in an Essentials, Gold, or Platinum Luxe membership, you agree to a recurring service schedule as outlined in your specific membership agreement.
Priority Scheduling: Members receive priority booking. We will notify you in advance of your scheduled service dates.
Billing: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as selected). By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon membership fees automatically.
4. Property Access and Preparation
To deliver our white-glove standard efficiently and safely, we require your cooperation:
Access: Please ensure our team has clear, unobstructed access to the areas being serviced on the scheduled date. This includes unlocking gates and securing pets.
Preparation: While we take extraordinary care (using drop sheets and boot covers indoors), we ask that you remove or secure fragile, valuable, or heirloom items from the immediate vicinity of the work areas (e.g., window sills, balconies) prior to our arrival.
Water and Power: We require access to a standard, working water tap and, occasionally, electrical outlets to operate our equipment.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that your schedule may change, and we strive to be flexible.
Standard Services: We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Weather Conditions: For the safety of our team and the quality of our work, Clear Vision reserves the right to reschedule exterior services in the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, lightning). We will contact you immediately to find the next available priority slot.
6. Safety and Working at Heights
Safety is uncompromising at Clear Vision. Our team is Working at Heights Certified and strictly adheres to Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS). If our technicians deem any aspect of a job unsafe upon arrival (e.g., structurally unsound roofs or balustrades), we reserve the right to refuse that specific portion of the work.
7. Liability and Property Condition
The Clear Vision Promise: If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our clean, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will return to rectify the issue promptly at no additional cost.
Pre-Existing Damage: Clear Vision is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing wear and tear, including but not limited to: heavily scratched glass, brittle heritage leadlighting, loose roof tiles, oxidized paint, or faulty window seals. We will do our best to note and inform you of any pre-existing damage we observe before starting our work.
Insurance: We carry comprehensive Public Liability Insurance to protect your property and our team.
8. Payment Terms
One-Off Services: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may incur late fees.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
